BAXTER, Minn. (AP) — A paramedic who survived a deadly scientific helicopter crash in Minnesota has told investigators the pilot pronounced foggy conditions on the approach to the airport, and they needed to cross around. He then noticed the helicopter spin to the right and hit the floor.
