It is both and neither, the art of the body, the science of the body, the philosophy of the body, and the spiritual life of the body. It is the body in motion, the body at rest, the body in motion in time, and the body at rest in time.

Is yoga a science or an art? This question has been asked by countless people who are interested in yoga, but don’t know how to start their practice.

The first thing you need to do is to find the right teacher for yourself. In my opinion, the best teachers are not those who teach yoga because they have studied the science behind it, but those who understand the art of the practice.

In this article, we will explore why yoga is a science and an art.

There is a long-standing debate in yoga community about the nature of yoga as a science and an art. This argument has to do with whether or not yoga is a system of exercise or philosophy that works through meditation and yoga postures. However, I believe that these two aspects of yoga cannot be separated, and when they are viewed in combination, they create an exquisite practice.

Once you’ve found the right teacher, the second thing you need to do is start your practice. But it’s important to realize that yoga is not just for beginners. It requires a lot of effort and perseverance.

That said, I think that if you’re willing to put in the time and energy, you will be rewarded with many benefits, including improved physical and mental health.

How to start practicing yoga

Yoga is a complex art that requires years of study, training, and practice. But that doesn’t mean that you should wait until you’ve become a master to start practicing.

You may be interested in learning yoga because you think it’s just about stretching and relaxing, but you may be surprised to learn that it has a much deeper meaning.

I can see why so many people would consider yoga a religion. There are multiple philosophies behind the practice, and each school has its own set of beliefs, practices, and beliefs.

However, there are a few ways to start practicing yoga.

What are the benefits of yoga?

Yoga is a practice that has been around for centuries. Ancient scriptures mention the benefits of yoga. It is still practiced today by millions of people across the globe.

Other Types

Yoga is not just one form of exercise. There are many different types of yoga. Each one targets a different issue.

One of the most popular types is Iyengar, which is used to help with injuries and other health issues.

Yoga is practiced in various styles and there are several schools of thought within yoga.
